2024 marked significant innovation for Inclusively as we launched our new  Retain Platform that ultimately results in helping companies expand their inclusion strategy to be their workforce planning strategy. At the same time, we launched our data insights highlighting employees’ passion and directness around requiring resources and tools to be productive and was fortunate to partner with key industry leaders like Salesforce by speaking at Dreamforce and great organizations like NAMI.

    • <Image of a dark-haired caucasian woman> Hi, I am Charlotte Dales, CEO and co-founder of Inclusively.

    • <Image of a city landscape> 2024 was a pivotal year for Inclusively. We are continuing to work with companies as they expand their inclusion strategy to become their workforce planning strategy.

<Graphic of data describing the problems HR Leaders face> What do I mean by that? HR leaders are under immense pressure to cut costs and optimize processes, but here’s the truth: those processes are outdated, and they’re not going to solve the challenges that are right in front of us – a shrinking  workforce, a Gen Z talent pool with specific needs, and under utilized HR tech investments.

    • <Three graphics explaining Inclusively’s Retain platform> Our newest product, Retain, is a platform empowering employees to anonymously search, discover, and access the support they need and is providing a much improved employee experience from today’s very fragmented one.

Specifically, our technology allows employees to anonymously search & discover the workplace benefits, resources, and accommodations they need to be successful. And key partners like Salesforce sum up our Retain Platform perfectly.

    • “Retain has made it easier for me to access tools to help me be more effective in my role — resources I didn’t even know I had access to!”

“My favorite feature is its personalized recommendations based on my specific needs.”

    • <Multiple images of Inclusively leadership on panels> Inclusively also expanded its presence and impact, with our leadership team advancing workplace inclusion through keynote presentations at the World Economic Forum, at Salesforce Dreamforce event, and media features in influential publications like Forbes, and influential thought leadership contributions with key partners SHRM Foundation and National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI) just to name a few.

    • Thank you to our team, our customers, and our partners for making 2024 a landmark year for Inclusively. Together, we are building a future workplace where both employers and employees can truly thrive. Here’s to 2025!
