When selecting Success Enablers, we ask job seekers to only select accommodations that they would request from an employer as necessary to do the job.

Why do I need to create a profile?

I am not comfortable disclosing my specific disability, can I still sign up?

Yes. When you register, you acknowledge that this is a website for people with disabilities, but we do not need to know your specific disability. Our inclusive platform encourages job seekers to feel completely comfortable disclosing during the hiring process but if you do not want to disclose your specific disability, that is perfectly fine. We do encourage you to add any needed Success Enablers that you will need to succeed at your job, as the employers we work with are committed to providing the accommodations you might need.

Have you worked with disabled people to create Inclusively?

Yes. 1 in 4 of Inclusively’s employees, board of directors, and advisors identify as having a disability, including our Co-Founders. We are passionate about providing inclusive, accessible opportunities and experiences for the disabled community and appreciate your trust in using Inclusively for your employment journey.

Visit our About Us page to learn more and meet our team.

Person-first vs. Identity-first language

We understand and appreciate that everyone has their own preference for using either person-first or identity-first language or have no preference at all. More specifically, some people identify as a person with a disability and others prefer disabled. We use both person-first and identity-first language throughout our platform, website, social media, and marketing to acknowledge and reflect both preferences.

What if I don't have any work experience?

That’s not a problem! We have training and upskilling programs to check out. Please complete your profile so we may send you opportunities that match your background.

I'm based outside of the U.S. Can I still sign up?

You are welcome to create a profile, but please note that while we would love to work with you, at this time we are only able to place job seekers who are already located in the U.S. We have future plans to expand outside of the U.S. and will have your profile on file.
