For many job seekers, accommodations are needed not only in the workplace but also during interviews. We’re pleased to offer the ability for Inclusively candidates to add their customized “Interview Preferences” such as an interpreter, closed captioning, accessible parking, extra time to respond, communication preferences, and more. These selections allow our employers’ talent acquisition teams to provide a more inclusive experience starting with the interview and beyond!

  • Accessible Parking
  • Captioning if using video teleconferencing
  • Extra time for responding to questions
  • Include my support person in the conversation
  • Interpreter
  • Share questions in advance
