Hi, I’m Charlotte Dales, CEO and co-founder of Inclusively. I just spent a week with my co-founder Sarah Bernard, at the World Economic Forum, in Davos, Switzerland—listening, debating, and learning from leaders shaping the future of work.

      Here’s my biggest takeaway:

      1. AI isn’t just a disruptor—it’s reshaping work faster than companies can adapt. Old talent strategies won’t survive in an era of constant reinvention.
      2. DEI didn’t fail—it got stuck. Companies tried to solve for people in silos instead of at scale. With a shrinking workforce and widening skills gap, inclusion isn’t just ethical—it’s a business advantage. The companies that integrate it as strategy, not charity, will win.

    • In conversations with leaders from Randstad, Novartis, KPMG, HP, BCG, LinkedIn, Aon, ServiceNow, and more, one thing became clear: Technology won’t fix this alone.

    • Companies must rethink how they work—and that takes real change management.

    • And, that’s exactly what Inclusively is uniquely positioned to do for organizations.

    • I was then fortunate enough to join The Female Quotient’s Equality Lounge, alongside leaders from LinkedIn, Salesforce, and LogicMonitor, to discuss the evolving role of leadership.

    • The consensus? Great leaders aren’t waiting for disruption. They’re engineering it.

    • The best companies aren’t just deploying AI to replace tasks—they’re using it to reimagine how work gets done across every job, every function, and every department at the company!

    • We ended the week walking the promenade, surrounded by companies that have scaled to where we aim to be.

    • The best part? Seeing so many we have already partnered with—a powerful reminder of how far we’ve come and how much further we’re ready to go.

    • Thank you to everyone we crossed paths with at WEF/Davos and the Equality Lounge – the learnings were invaluable.

Here is to turning learnings into business impact and we hope that Inclusively can be part of your success.
