ST. LOUIS, MO – March 6, 2025 – Inclusively, the leading workplace platform, transforms how companies support employees. Specifically, Inclusively connects employees to personalized “Success Enablers” – resources, benefits, and accommodations – while providing real-time, anonymous analytics so HR leaders can optimize investment decisions. The company is thrilled to be partnering with Kathy Martinez as Senior Advisor. Kathy will utilize her extensive subject matter expertise and work with Inclusively on helping inform platform development, tech innovations, as well as provide trainings and workshops. A globally recognized thought leader in disability inclusion, Martinez brings decades of experience in support and accessibility strategy across corporate, government, and non-profit sectors.

Kathy Martinez served as Vice President of Global Disability Inclusion at Expedia Group, where she developed the company’s disability inclusion strategy, enhancing both physical and digital access while cultivating a more inclusive workplace culture. Martinez also served as President & CEO of Disability Rights Advocates (DRA), where she advanced legal advocacy for people with disabilities across the U.S. Prior to DRA, she spent six years as Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo, leading disability and accessibility initiatives to improve employee engagement and customer services for people with disabilities.

“We are lucky to have the one-and-only Kathy Martinez advising the Inclusively team,” said Charlotte Dales, CEO and Co-founder of Inclusively. “Her commitment to creating equitable opportunities for people with disabilities will be invaluable as we expand our Success Enabler framework. Kathy’s experience will help us drive our mission forward in creating systems where employees can easily discover all available support — from specific accommodations to accessibility requirements to general benefits and wellbeing resources — while enabling enterprises to sustainably build a foundation where every employee can reach their full productive potential.”

Martinez’s career has been marked by a commitment to advancing disability rights and creating systemic change. As the former Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP), she developed policies to integrate people with disabilities into the workforce and supported state-led initiatives for community-based employment.

“I’ve always admired the work Inclusively is doing and am honored to be a senior advisor to this team,” said Kathy Martinez. “Creating inclusive and accessible workplaces for people with disabilities is crucial for the economic success of the country  and I am excited to contribute my experience to furthering this important mission.”

Martinez is also an active board member of Disability Rights Advocates and The American Association of People with Disabilities, and has served on the boards of The National Council on Disability and the U.S. Institute of Peace, among others. She is a frequent speaker and advocate on disability employment and inclusion, bringing a firsthand perspective as someone who was born blind.
